These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership in and attendance at events organized by Ladies Brunch Society ("Ladies Brunch Society," "we," "us," or "our"). By becoming a member, purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, or attending an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in our events or services.
Membership fees are charged according to the membership plan selected at the time of enrollment. By joining, you authorize Ladies Brunch Society to charge your designated payment method for recurring membership fees, if applicable.
Membership fees are nonrefundable except where required by law.
You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

Memberships are personal and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or shared with another individual.
